Our Past Workshops
Kitselas
On April 7, we worked with 19 outstanding youth from Kitselas First Nation. By the end of the workshop, many expressed a keen interest in becoming paramedics, doctors, and first responders! Thank you Kitselas youth for your all your enthusiasm and hard work.
Lax Kw'alaams & Prince Rupert
On April 8 & 9, we mentored 24 youth in Lax Kw'alaams and the Prince Rupert area. Everyone earned their certification with the Heart & Stroke foundation – big congratulations to all! We are so excited to see the new leadership these youth will bring to the community.
Nadleh Whut'en and Stellat'en First Nations
On August 19 and 20th, we worked with some amazing youth from Nadleh Whut'en and Stellat'en First Nations. They were so hard working, enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to teach! Multiple of the students have keen interest in medical careers in the future - keep an eye out for these youth!
